(1) The evaluation committee shall prepare a report with a detailed analysis of the test conducted in accordance with Rule 35 and submit it to the public body within fifteen days from the date of opening the proposal.
(2) In the report as per sub-rule (1), the evaluation committee shall disclose the following:-
(a) Name and address of the applicant,
(b) Documents confirming each basis of applicant's eligibility,
(c) schedule if necessary such schedule,
(d) If the proposal is submitted as a joint venture, whether the documents related to the joint venture are complete or not and the share and liability of each partner in such venture,
(e) If a separate group or package of goods or construction work is to be purchased, the procedure adopted to test such group and package and the applicant selected to participate in the procurement process of such group and package, (f) The reason for the applicant being selected or not.
